Warped Simpler slices may not sound as good in Beat slicing when slowing down the tempo from the original or use too much CPU if you use one of the more demanding warp modes (Mine sounded worse IMO but the results will be material dependent).

What is it that you want to achieve? Just slice an audio clip? Have you read the manual about Simpler? It's not clear there? Is there a specific way or audible effect you want to work with these loops of yours? I'm sure others can fill in the possibilities of Simpler better than me as I just use it for one shots. Maybe there is a way directly in Simpler as well, but I haven't done that myself. Is this a sliced clip right now? If not, why not? Easiest would be to mount the loop as a warped clip and set it to the tempo you need in Live, save it out as an AIFF and slice it to a new track. Or slice to have infinite freedom to make up a loop of the length you want. Or just repeat 2 or even all 3 bars and start anew for as many bars that you want. Doing the former would change the tempo obviously. If you have a 3 bar clip at 84 bpm that you want for four bars at the very same tempo, then you don't stretch the loop nor do you have to make any slices (though you could).
